  *Check out Hotel at 1200pm – Transport Pick up from Hotel to Ferry Terminal FIXED at 1230pm
  
  *Require for Early or Late departure will be imposed an additional surcharge for land transfer
  *between 8am to 6pm at S$7/pax/trip

  *Reservation will be subject to ferry & room confirmation based on first come first served and BASIS
  *Any child whose travel document is attached to the parent's passport must travel with the accompanying parents.
  *Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure from their home country
  *Visa and immigration regulations vary depending on the travel destinations and the nationalities of the passengers.
  * Passengers are advised to check with the Singapore & Indonesia's Embassy in their resident country.
  *All passports must have at least 6 months validity from the date of travelling
  *To Proceed with Booking - Please provide us all passenger(s) full passport details eg: full name as per passport, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport no. & expiry date of passport.
  *Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Master, AMEX card)
  *Credit card nos & Expiry Date of the Credit card and Handphone Nos are required as a form of guarantee booking to process your reservation.
  *The amount only will be debit once reservation is confirmed.

• Full Cancellation applies if booking is cancelled more than 7 working days prior to departure
  *Amendment fee will be impose for booking more than 7 working days prior to departure
  *Amendment or Cancellation is not allowed for bookings less than 7 working days prior to departure or during Peak Season period
  Please be informed that if your reservation falls within the full cancellation period upon reservation is confirm, no amendment nor cancellation is allowed
  *No refund will be made to passengers who are denied embarkation for non-compliance of immigration requirements
