• Subject on Singapore Eve & PH Surcharge of S$20 per room per night from weekend rate for 1st Jan, 13th -21st Mar, 2nd April, 1st May, 28th May – 27th June, 8 & 9 Aug, 4th -12th Sept, 5th Nov, 15th Nov, 17th Nov, and 20th Nov – 31st Dec 2010 (2 BEDROOM VILLA IS CONSIDER S$30 per UNITper NIGHT).
• Subject on SUPER PEAK SURCHARGE of S$35 per room per night from weekend rate for 14th – 16th Feb, 24 & 25 & 31 Dec 2010 (2 BEDROOM VILLA IS CONSIDER S$60 per UNITper NIGHT).
• Require for early or late departure will be imposed additional surcharge for land transfer:-
  S$7/pax/trip for 8am to 6pm
  S$12/pax/trip for 6pm to 9pm
  midnight charge for after 9pm is S$22/pax/trip (min must 02 paxs).

• Singapore PDF & Fuel Surcharge of S$20/pax (subject to change)
  *Batam Terminal Fee of S$7/pax pay upon arrival at Batam Terminal (subject to change
  * Batam Guide & Driver Tipping of S$2/pax/day pay to Guide & Driver upon arrival at batam.

  *Visa and immigration regulations vary depending on the travel destinations and the nationalities of the passengers.
  * Passengers are advised to check with the Singapore & Indonesia's Embassy in their resident country.
  *All passports must have at least 6 months validity from the date of travelling
  *To Proceed with Booking - Please provide us all passenger(s) full passport details eg: full name as per passport, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport no. & expiry date of passport.
  *Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Master, AMEX card)
  *Credit card nos & Expiry Date of the Credit card and Handphone Nos are required as a form of guarantee booking to process your reservation.
  *The amount only will be debit once reservation is confirmed.

• Full Cancellation applies if booking is cancelled more than 7 working days prior to departure
  *Amendment fee will be impose for booking more than 7 working days prior to departure
  *Amendment or Cancellation is not allowed for bookings less than 7 working days prior to departure or during Peak Season period
  Please be informed that if your reservation falls within the full cancellation period upon reservation is confirm, no amendment nor cancellation is allowed
  *No refund will be made to passengers who are denied embarkation for non-compliance of immigration requirements
